We're sorry to leave here as have really enjoyed visiting the islets which are mostly sand. Thousands of birds are nesting in the stunted little trees, in the ground growth, and just on the sand. At least two types of terns, two types of boobies/gannets, noddies, frigate birds and cormorants. There are eggs, tiny babies, and huge fluffy chicks. Took lots of photos today, will be interesting to see how they have turned out, lots of duds probably.

australia here we come
We left about an hour ago, at sundown. The forecast for the next few days doesn't show any strong winds and we want to be sure to arrive before the weekend as it costs about 100 pounds more for immigration overtime fees! So are giving ourselves an extra night, and will need to average 5 knots to get there in time which should be achievable.
